These terms of use cover the beyn.art domain and its tr. and en. sub-pages. By visiting the site, reading content, or submitting a form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

beyn.art is operated by beynart Pazarlama Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("beynart"). Contact details are published on the Privacy Policy page.
03. Intellectual property
All text, images, logos, icons, illustrations, code, typography choices, design system, case studies, and other content on this site — unless explicitly stated otherwise — are the property of beynart, protected by Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Turkish Commercial Code, applicable trademark law, and relevant international treaties.
The "beynart" mark, its logo variations, and accompanying visual identity elements are registered or registration-pending trademarks. Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit these elements.
You may quote short excerpts for personal or non-commercial purposes with proper attribution. For publishing, educational, or commercial use, please request written permission via [email protected].

06. Form submissions
When using the contact, discovery, lead magnet, or newsletter forms, you must provide accurate, current information. The minimum age is 16; users under that age are not permitted to submit forms.
Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile bot verification and rate limiting. In the event of unusual submission volumes, your IP address may be temporarily blocked.
A form submission does not legally oblige beynart to respond. The decision to reply or to provide a service rests with beynart.
07. No service offer
Content on beyn.art — including price ranges, service descriptions, and example case studies — is provided for information only; it is not a binding offer. A form submission does not constitute a contract.
A binding service relationship is established only through a Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work executed between you and beynart, either by mutual signature or electronic confirmation.
08. Third-party links
The site may link to sub-product sites built by beynart (e.g. salescave.com) and to client sites. The content, privacy practices, and terms of use of those sites are the responsibility of their respective owners.
Social media links (LinkedIn, Instagram, GitHub, X) are subject to those platforms' own terms; beyn.art is not responsible for their behavior.

Content on beyn.art — blog posts, guides, case studies, frameworks, methodologies — is published for general informational purposes. 10. Limitation of liability

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For any dispute arising out of these terms or use of the site, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction. EU residents acting as consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of their place of residence under applicable mandatory law.
