Production, shipping, and B2B sales teams worked in different systems; the same order was being entered manually in multiple places.

What we did
ERP, production tracking, and the B2B portal were integrated; we built a role-based operations dashboard and automated the order flow end-to-end.
For a multi-plant manufacturing group we consolidated ERP, production tracking, and the B2B portal under a single integration layer. Dealers now place orders through their own portal, and the production team plans against real-time capacity.
