The new user onboarding flow was too long, KYC drop-off was high, and product analytics were scattered across different tools.

What we did
We redesigned the onboarding flow, made KYC mobile-first and progressive, and consolidated all analytics on a single data layer.
For our fintech client, we rebuilt the onboarding and analytics infrastructure. The KYC flow became mobile-first and progressive; product, marketing, and risk teams started making decisions from the same dashboard for the first time.
